In this class, you will learn the fundamental movements and techniques including isolations, turns, kicks, and jumps. Emphasis will be placed on developing strength, flexibility, coordination, and musicality. All levels are welcome!

This class focuses on one music video per month: learn the choreography for the first weeks and then on the last week, show up in costume and film like a real music video! Can't make all the classes? This class is designed to be a full-body stretch while promoting proper technique, injury prevention, mobility training, and nervous system regulation - as well as cater to all levels of experience. Yogalates is a fusion of yoga and classical mat Pilates that features dance-inspired moves. We will focus on enhanced mind and body awareness, strength, stamina, flexibility and balance. Pilates techniques will improve posture and create a strong core - the stable foundation for movement and dance. In class we warm up and cool down our bodies with yoga, but then get going with classical core strengthening mat Pilates. Expect to rejuvenate your body and mind. Yogalates is a great for all level students who love high playlist to get your vibes going!
