This class is a combination of American, Egyptian, Turkish, and Cabaret bellydance that incorporates modern twists like popping and hip hop. Pulling inspiration from folkloric dances and sometimes using zills, swords, and veils - oh my! The possibilities are endless with this fusion style. Embrace your body and feel amazing doing it! Shimmy/coin skirts are welcome, but not required.

Burlesque 1.5 is the happy medium you’ve been looking for! In this class, you will find more challenging choreography taught at a faster pace. Ease your stress through this slow-paced style of yoga in which the body is placed in comfortable and fully supported postures held for 2-5 minutes per pose. Learn how to use a chair for more than just sitting - work it to your advantage through choreography and stylization. Stand on it, lay on it, flip upside down on it! Chairs never looked so sexy. Chairs are provided, heels are optional, beginner friendly with lots of options available for tricks!
A blend of ballet, Jazz, and lyrical combine to create contemporary. This class will use movements to express different emotions and learn basic contemporary techniques. This is the opportunity to take choreography and make it your own for whatever feels best for you.

Each month you will learn something new and different - so you can spend several weeks mastering the basics of one style before moving on to another the next month! During class we will break down a technique style such as jazz, modern, ballet, etc. and then put each of those pieces into choreography to see what it's like in motion!
Hatha Flow Yoga is a gentle yet energizing way to kick off your Saturdays and carry you throughout the week! Poses are done slow and held longer to connect mind, body and breath. Each class is themed to positive affirmations or a journaling prompt encouraging students to journal what came of for them after class on their own time so they too can see their own transformations. Bring water and your journal/pen.
Intermediate Burlesque builds on the fundamentals learned in Beginning Burlesque. Learn more complicated choreography at a faster pace and practice your performance skills! This class does incorporate floorwork (but options are available). Heels and knee pads recommended!
This class is a great introduction/beginning class for anyone looking for some basic Latin dance steps to take out dancing! Follow along as we go through some Cumba, Cha Cha, Salsa, Samba, Bachata and more. Each week we will focus on one style!
In this easy to follow format, you start with one move, and slowly add one more move every song. Flow with continuous music playing. It's repetitive so don't worry if you don't get it the first time around, you'll have time to nail it the second or third time! It's a fun way to get your heart going and work those hips to some Latin music. Let's enjoy the music and turn up the heat!

This class has all the moves to make you feel just that. Learn some fun choreography in the genre of these stars' music videos with sexy twist - a variety of hip hop, jazz and more! So dance it out and bring out the pop star inside of you! This class focuses on one music video per month: learn the choreography for the first weeks and then on the last week, show up in costume and film like a real music video! Can't make all the classes? No problem, each week is a new section! Beginner friendly.
